Accepting terms and conditions

User agrees by using this website to accept and comply by the Terms and Conditions defined in this agreement.

These Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The orders placed by you on this websitesite are considered an offer by you to Elitech Ltd. to purchase a service or product for the price listed in this website at the time your order is placed -including specified delivery and other applicable charges.

Offer and acceptance are elements required for the formation of a legally binding contract. Biding contract shall be formed after it is supported by Elitech Ltd  written consideration, and payment has been confirmed.

Elitech Ltd retains the ownership to the purchased products or services you order until payment is received in full for those products. Elitech Ltd may revise or modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time and post such revisions on his main page.

Uploaded photos

By using this website, or uploading materials to the site you agree to indemnify Elitech Ltd. of any responsibility relating to the legal ownership or copyright of any image, artwork, text or trademark uploaded by you. You agree to avoid any content and transmission that is illegal, libellous, defamatory, obsceene, or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree that the quality of the final product suplied by Elitech Ltd. will reflect the quality of the uploaded photo, image or artwork. Images that are uploaded or supplied out-of-focus, under exposed or over exposed etc. will be printed as such. No refund will be offered in theese cases.


Delivery Terms:

Within New Zealand  and Australia

We offer free shipping within New Zealand and Australia

Standard delivery: the estimated delivery timeframe is 7 working days
Delivery to remote areas: may last longer than to standard locations.
Busy seasons: due to an exceptionally high volume of orders during busy periods additional 10 days may add to the standart delivery time.

Internationally –
Delivery times are estimates only and unfortunately due to external factors despite our efforts cannot be guaranteed.
Standard delivery: the estimated delivery time frame is 8-15 working days
Delivery to remote areas: may last longer than to standard locations.
Busy seasons: due to an exceptionally high volume of orders during busy periods additional 10 days may add to the standard delivery time.

Every freight is sent via New Zealand Post.  This is a trackable service, and upon request we provide you the tracking number. If you wish to order insured freight, please contact us especially therefore.

If Elitech Ltd is unable to supply the ordered goods, due to unforseen circumstances, we will notify the customer within two working days from the date of order. The customer will be given the option of a full refund or offered a credit to the full purchase amount in our product line.

After an item has been shipped, if you’re unsatisfied for any reason with your product, you can always ask for refund or you can have the choice of having the goods reprinted.

After receiving the goods that you are unhappy with please contact Elitech customer service within 7 days to organize a return for you or deliver for you the product again.We will ask you to return the goods that you are unsatisfied with. Return postage fee can not be refunded.

You can generally expect a refund to appear on your account, credit card within 7-10 business days.
In the following circumstances we can not offer a refund
No refunds will be offered if an error exists on the picture uploaded or sent by the customer, if the resolution of the photograph is too law, the quality of the image or photograph is poor, the submitted text contains spelling mistakes.

 Damaged goods
If products damaged or shortened in transit please notify Elitech Ltd. immediately or latest within 48 hours. After the return of the damaged goods for verification to our company a remake of the originally purchased item will be offered for you. The cost of the return shipment can not be reimbursed.

With respect to the goods or services provided by Elitech Ltd., we shall only be liable for material and/or design deffects in the supplied items or services.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods, the providing of the service again free of charge, the refund of an equivalent payment to the one received by Elitech Ltd., or we shall be entitled to repair the defective goods.
Elitech Ltd. shall not be liable to the customer for loss of profits or business damage. Our liability shall be limited to the amount equal to the invoice value of the goods in question.
